"Repeater Access Tones" topic doesn't cover related question

The “Repeater Access Tones” topic has T2B12 as a related question about color codes and DMR, but color codes and DMR aren’t mentioned in the topic. I think this question belongs in the “DMR & Digital Voice” topic.

Why this would help:

This would prevent people from being asked about material they haven’t read about yet.

Thinking about this, I see a potential sequencing problem here either way. It might make more sense to add some text to the “Repeater Access Tones” topic without creating a dependency on the “DMR & Digital Voice” topic. @sonyccd thoughts here?
